'Remember their sacrifice' Hammond unveils £19billion fund to support forces

MORE details of a £19billion package to refurbish village and miners' halls, fund battlefield tours for school children and give extra support to serving and ex-service personnel were unveiled today by Chancellor Philip Hammond.
