Queen to decide whether to attend New Year's Day service

Both she and the Duke of Edinburgh had been expected to take the train as usual to Norfolk before Christmas. The Queen then missed her traditional Christmas Day service at St Mary Magdalene Church with her family, but Prince Philip was able to attend.
