Poll Indicates Rising Support For Small Parties

The Conservatives and Labour have fallen below 30% in an opinion poll for the first time as a rising number of people say they will vote for a smaller part in May's election. The latest weekly poll by Tory peer Lord Ashcroft puts his party down five points on 29% - just one point ahead of a Labour party stuck on 28%.
