PM: Tube device was intended to cause significant harm

Theresa May has said an improvised explosive device that exploded on a packed Tube train was "intended to cause significant harm".Speaking after chairing a meeting of the Government's emergency COBRA committee, the Prime Minister condemned the "cowardly" terror attack at Parsons Green station during Friday morning's rush hour.Mrs May said the UK's terror threat level will stay at severe, meaning an attack is highly likely, although this is going to be kept under review.
