PM: Queen's Speech 'One Nation' programme will extend life chances for all

David Cameron has defended his latest Queen's Speech as a programme of progressive reform which will "extend life chances for all", as he came under attack from fellow-Conservatives for ditching proposals for a Sovereignty Bill.
