PM May's statement after second defeat of her EU deal

LONDON (Reuters) - Following is the statement to parliament by Prime Minister Theresa May after her proposed EU exit deal was defeated in the House of Commons by 149 votes on Tuesday. In January, the deal was defeated by 230 votes.
