PM In Crunch Talks On Migrant Benefits

David Cameron's hopes of holding a referendum on EU membership this summer hangs in the balance tonight, as he holds crunch talks with European Council President Donald Tusk. The Prime Minister wants greater powers to stop EU citizens claiming benefits in Britain - or the UK's vote on whether to stay or leave the 28-country bloc could be delayed. Mr Tusk, though, is offering an "emergency brake" - giving Mr Cameron his demands if he can prove the UK economy is suffering.
