Peperami Rugby Promotion 'Shows Zero Respect'

Richmond Council says thousands of green wrappers are being discarded after the pork sausage snack is handed out by promotional people. The borough says samples are given out in handfuls to those en route to Rugby World Cup matches at Twickenham Stadium or the high street by marketing company Bugle Communications. Videos on Twitter show a person dressed in sausage-shaped suit dancing on an open-sided Peperami lorry as it drives around Twickenham.
