Pair arrested after man, 81, seriously hurt in Manchester hit-and-run

An 81-year-old man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle crashed into him and then sped off.The pair were taken into police custody after officers traced them to a property in the Moston area of Manchester on Saturday night.
