Over One Million Apply For EU Vote In Four Days

More than 430,000 people applied to vote in the EU referendum after the registration deadline was extended by 48 hours due to the Government-run website crashing. Some 238,903 voters applied to register online on Wednesday, followed by 191,508 on Thursday, and another 5,936 people who used paper forms.
