On-The-Run Paedophile Rapist Held In Hong Kong

A Chinese national who was convicted of rape and paedophile offences in the UK but managed to flee the country has been arrested in Hong Kong. Joseph Tsang was due to be sentenced for two counts of rape and sexual assault, making indecent images of children, and sexual activity with a child under 16. According to the Oxford Mail, Tsang fled the UK after his bail conditions were varied and his passport returned on a temporary basis so he could conduct a business transaction in Hong Kong.
