A new report says one in five children have witnessed some form of domestic abuse.A new public information campaign is needed to raise awareness of domestic abuse, a major new report will say this week.According to its authors, publicity modelled on past public health campaigns would raise the profile of the issue and make perpetrators think twice before abusing partners.
