'Numerous errors' made in paedophile inquiry

Scotland Yard made"numerous errors" in the investigation into high-profile paedophiles, an independent review has found. The review, by retired High Court judge Sir Richard Henriques, said the decision to end the investigation should have been made much earlier. Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe said he was dismayed "that the suspects in the investigation were pursued for so long".
