No final decision on Russian government support to Rusal, En+ - Novak

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday that no final decision had been made regarding government assistance to Rusal and En+, which were among 12 firms targeted earlier this month with sanctions by the U.S. Treasury Department.
