NHS Misses Key A&E Waiting Time Target Again

Accident and emergency departments have failed to reach their targets for seeing patients on time for another month. NHS figures for February show that 87.8% of people were admitted, transferred or discharged from hospitals in England within four hours of arrival - the lowest proportion since records began. The target is 95%.
