Mystery Surrounds Skipper Of Capsized Catamaran

Police are getting "increasingly concerned" for the skipper of a capsized catamaran that was found 25 miles off the coast of Kent. The vessel was spotted floating north east of North Foreland, in Thanet, shortly after 8pm on Saturday. The catamaran is a white New Cat 12 model with the serial number 7064-1999 and make number K-0566, but the identity of the skipper is unclear.
