Millions Suffer 'Dire' Internet Speeds

Millions of broadband customers are suffering "dire" internet connection speeds, some so slow they break regulations, a report by MPs has said. The MPs blame the lack of progress on a "natural monopoly" by BT and its subsidiary Openreach and calls for them to be broken up or they will "continue to paper over the cracks".
