Man who lashed out at cyclist with a knife is jailed

A man armed with a knife who lashed out at a cyclist in an "unprovoked attack" has been jailed for four years.Cecil Samba, 22, was captured on CCTV running up to the victim, who was riding on the pavement in Leicester.Samba was holding a knife and could be seen attacking the man at about 3.30pm on 22 March 2018.
