Man Dies After 'Savage' Belfast Alley Shooting

A man has died after being gunned down in a Belfast alleyway, police have said. He was taken to the city's Royal Victoria Hospital where he later died, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said. Inspector James Murphy said: "The victim was shot three times in the leg in an alleyway at Butler Place, close to Elmfield Street, at around 10.05pm.
