Man arrested over crash which killed teenagers

A man sought by police in connection with the death of three teenagers in London has been arrested after handing himself in.The 34-year-old man voluntarily attended a police station in north London on Sunday evening, and has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, police said.Another 28-year-old man who was arrested at the scene remains in police custody.
