Main EU Parties Say PM's Reforms Will Be Passed

The chairs of the main political groups in the European Parliament have told David Cameron they will deal with any legislation necessary for his reforms "swiftly". Gianni Pittella, Manfred Weber, and Syed Kamall - who represent 481 of the legislature's 749 MEPs - told Mr Cameron that they supported his proposals for changes to the bloc. A draft document on Mr Cameron's reforms is expected to be put to the EU Council on Thursday and Friday.
