Baroness D'Souza spent four hours watching Benjamin Britten’s Gloriana with the chairman of the Federation Council (Russia), at the Royal Opera House and was then driven back to the House of Lords. It has also emerged she racked up a £270 bill keeping another car waiting four and a half hours for lunch with the Japanese ambassador in Kensington, central London. And she ran up £738 keeping a car parked for 10 hours during a Windsor Castle event.
