Livingstone 'Regrets' Hitler Comment

The former mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, has said he "regrets" mentioning Adolf Hitler amid a Labour Party row over alleged anti-semitism, but has stopped short of saying sorry. Appearing on LBC radio, Mr Livingstone repeated his belief that what he said was true.
