Leicester City Sacks Players Over Racist Abuse

Leicester City has terminated the contracts of three players who appeared in a video in which a Thai woman was racially abused. The club has confirmed that the contracts of Tom Hopper, Adam Smith and James Pearson were terminated following an internal investigation. Pearson is the son of team manager Nigel Pearson, while the club is owned by the Thai father and son combination of businessmen Vichai and Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha.
