Legal Highs Crackdown 'Won't Stop' Users

Legal high users have told Sky News that a crackdown which comes into force this month will not stop them from taking the substances. The Psychoactive Substances Act will become law from Thursday, 26 May, the Government has confirmed. Nitrous Oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, or NOS, is among the substances which will be affected by the crackdown.
