Labour suspends Welsh Assembly member over 'personal conduct' claims

The Labour Party has suspended a senior figure within the Welsh administration following allegations about his "personal conduct".Carl Sargeant said he resigned as Wales' cabinet secretary for communities and children and called for an independent investigation "to allow me to clear my name".
