Labour At War Over 'Trotsky Entryists' Claim
A bitter row has ignited at the top of the Labour Party after its deputy leader claimed old "Trots" had infiltrated the party to bolster Jeremy Corbyn's leadership. Tom Watson said "Trotsky entryists" were "twisting the arms" of young party members to help the beleaguered leader retain control of Labour. In a fierce attack on Mr Corbyn's Momentum movement, Mr Watson said the hard-left did not care about winning elections and saw the party as a "vehicle for revolutionary socialism".
