Kremlin declines to comment on UK call for more EU sanctions against Russia

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Kremlin on Tuesday declined to comment on a British call for the European Union to increase sanctions against Russia, saying it was not yet familiar with the details of what London was proposing.
