Killer mobile phone driver forgiven by victim's girlfriend

A school teacher has come face to face with the driver who killed her boyfriend whilst on his mobile phone and told him that she will forgive him eventually as she is "not that kind of person" .Stratford, who says that he "deserves" to be in prison, has been jailed for three years and eight months.
