Kayaker's Body Found After Storm Frank Floods

Wintry conditions could replace wind and rain, forecasters have warned, as Britain continues to recover from the effects of Storm Frank. It comes as the body of a kayaker who went missing as downpours and gales battered Scotland has been found. The man, who was in his 50s, was reported to have got into difficulties on the River Findhorn in Moray on Wednesday and Police Scotland confirmed he was recovered from the river at around 9am on Thursday.
