Junior Doctors To Vote As Contract Deal Agreed

An agreement has been reached between the British Medical Association and the Government over a new junior doctors' contract in England - which the medics will vote on. The industrial action included the first full walkout last month , where the junior doctors withdrew emergency care. The breakthrough was announced by ACAS chairman Sir Brendan Barber following 10 days of "intensive" talks between the two sides.
