Junior Doctors' 48-Hour Strike Suspended

A two-day strike by junior doctors planned for next week has been suspended, the BMA has said. The decision comes as talks continue between the Government and the British Medical Association (BMA) over new contracts. Last week, some 38,000 junior doctors in England held a 24-hour strike, resulting in thousands of cancelled operations and procedures.
