Jockey Freddy Tylicki paralysed after Kempton pile-up

Doctors have told jockey Freddy Tylicki he has a T7 paralysis after he sustained spinal injuries in a four-horse pile-up at Kempton on Monday. Tylicki was airlifted to a major trauma unit at St George's Hospital in Tooting, south London, where he remains in intensive care after surgery. Lisa Hancock, CEO of the Injured Jockeys Fund (IJF), said: "Freddy remains in intensive care and is not receiving any visitors for the foreseeable future.
