IPCC urges forces to issue officers with body-worn cameras

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) has called on chief constables to prioritise the roll-out of body-worn video cameras to their officers. The introduction of the cameras across England and Wales has been described as patchy, with some forces performing better than others.
