HSBC's IT Issues Could Last For A Third Day

HSBC customers are continuing to have issues accessing online and mobile banking services - and the disruption could spill over into Wednesday. According to its latest statement, services are still down for many thousands of customers - although the mobile banking app is not affected. HSBC has promised to reimburse any customers who incur fees because of the disruption, which began on Monday.
