Commuters and holidaymakers face disruption this morning as Paddington station has been closed after damage to overhead wires.Great Western Railway has said South Western Railway is accepting GWR tickets between London Waterloo and Windsor/Reading.Chiltern Railways is accepting GWR tickets between London Marylebone, Oxford and Banbury.
