Hit-And-Run Officer Was 'Best Daddy In World'

The children of PC Dave Phillips have paid tribute to the "best daddy in the world" - saying he gave the best kisses and cuddles. In a moving video, daughters Abigail, seven and Sophie, three, read out various messages they had written for their father who died in a hit-and-run on Monday morning. Reading one note, Abigail said: "My daddy is kind and caring because he gives the best kisses and cuddles and was the funniest daddy ever.
