Health study finds Brits are the worst sleepers
Experts blame the modern British culture that undervalues the importance of sleep and sees people who spend hours in bed as weak and lazy. Margaret Thatcher was admired for being able to function on just three hours' a night but David Cameron was mocked for "chillaxing" and enjoying early nights.
