Police have issued a stark warning to motorcyclists planning to cause chaos this Halloween in so-called "ride-outs".Officers in London have launched a crackdown on incidents after dealing with groups of bikers engaging in anti-social behaviour, a trend in the past two years.Metropolitan Police said those responsible were intent on causing disruption across the capital by riding recklessly on the wrong side of the road, mounting pavements and running red lights.
