Hackney attack: Man fighting for life after being ambushed in violent Haggerston street attack

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being ambushed in a violent street attack in Hackney.One of the men, a 35-year-old, suffered a serious head injury and is in a critical condition, police said on Saturday afternoon.Taz Johnston said the road was still taped off by police on Saturday afternoon - more than 12 hours after the attack.
