German men arrested after violent brawl in Liverpool city centre

More than 20 German men have been arrested over a violent brawl which broke out in Liverpool in which one man was critically injured.Chairs and other objects were hurled as fighting erupted on Concert Square in the city centre shortly after 11pm on Wednesday.Merseyside Police said the brawl involved members of the public and door staff.
