GB Diver's Mum Slams 'Insensitive' Coverage

The mother of bronze medallist Dan Goodfellow has hit out at "insensitive" media coverage of her son after newspapers focussed on the success of dive partner Tom Daley. A sub-headline in the first edition of the Times identified Goodfellow only as Daley's "synchronised partner", while the Daily Express, Daily Mail and Telegraph all showed Daley alone in their main picture. The Daily Mail also omitted Goodfellow from a headline which read: "Daley's double! Tom takes second bronze".
