Storm Gertrude has wrecked a spectacular tree-lined avenue which was a backdrop for the hit fantasy drama Game Of Thrones. Several trees making up the famous Dark Hedges in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland, came down in the high winds. Thousands of homes and businesses have been left without power across the UK after being ravaged by Storm Gertrude.
