Fugitive Paedophile Surrenders To Police

Police say a paedophile who was wanted for breaching his licence conditions has been arrested after handing himself in. Officers had warned members of the public not to approach David Chadwick, who comes from Weymouth in Dorset. The 58-year-old surrendered to officers in Lowestoft, Suffolk, and will be returned to jail.
