Fugitive Caught After Colleague's Web Search

One-time financial adviser Kole Lulgjuraj, 50, is suspected of swindling almost £1m out of elderly people in Britain. The Montenegro native fled the UK after being bailed following his arrest in 2012. UK officers are heading to Indiana later this month to bring him back to the UK to charge him with six counts of theft and one of fraud.
