FTSE 100 plunges to lowest level since December 2016

A volatile week for world stock markets has ended with more losses with London's FTSE 100 Index following US and Asian markets lower.The FTSE saw a drop of nearly 5% over the week.It was another choppy session for the Dow on Friday as it turned 1% higher in early trading before reversing the gains to stand more than 1% lower.
