Fourth MP quits Bath University role over vice-chancellor’s pay

Dame Glynis Breakwell has been urged to step aside.A fourth MP has resigned from his position on an advisory board at the University of Bath in protest against its vice-chancellor’s £451,000 pay package.Darren Jones, the Labour MP for Bristol North West, stood down from the university’s court, a statutory body representing the interests of its stakeholders, amid growing unhappiness about the amount awarded to Dame Glynis Breakwell.
