Four killed after plane and helicopter collide in mid-air

Four people have died following a mid-air collision involving a light aircraft and a helicopter in Buckinghamshire.Thames Valley Police, attending the scene near Waddesdon, said there were two people in each aircraft when they collided at around midday on Friday.Superintendent Rebecca Mears said on Friday night that informing the next of kin and supporting them with specialist officers is a priority.
