Footage showing moments before Marine A war crime shooting released

Footage has emerged of the moments before a Royal Marine shot dead a Taliban insurgent in one of the most high-profile war crimes of recent years. The Ministry of Defence clips were authorised for public release by the High Court after a legal challenge by a number of media companies, including Sky News. In one clip, an Apache helicopter can be heard firing rounds at a Taliban fighter, while Marines urge its crew to drop a Hellfire rocket.
