Floods Bring 260ft-High Waterfall Back To Life
Flooding that has devastated parts of northwest England has brought a waterfall back to life for the first time in living memory, say residents. Water came gushing down at Malham Cove - a large limestone amphitheatre which is 80 metres (262ft) high and 300 metres (984ft) wide. The waterfall in the Yorkshire Dales National Park was filmed by resident Stuart Gledhill on Sunday following the floods caused by Storm Desmond.
